Balsamic Mustard Pork Chops with Rosemary

Easy to make and 1 pan clean up! These were very flavorful and enjoyed for leftovers! I have never made a recipe like this before so it was a first for me. Good thing I’m adventurous in the kitchen and trusted my gut to make the decision! Whether you decide to bake this like I did or grill the chops, I don’t think it would make any bit of difference. It would still be full of flavor!

Ingredients

4-6 Pork Chops
1/4-cup Olive Oil
2-tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/4-cup Balsamic Binegar
1-tbsp Dry or Fresh Rosemary (chopped)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until the mixture is combined

Add the pork chops to a oven safe baking dish and pour the marinade on top of the chops. Rub it all in and make sure they are covered. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to overnight.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Remove plastic wrap from dish and bake them for about 45 minutes
