What Is Little Black Dress?

Little Black Dress is a 6 week women’s only transformation program that can be done right in the comfort of your own home or in-studio with us! You do not need to live in the area to participate! We provide you with a custom meal plan specifically designed for women, twelve 30 min workout videos, nutrition guides, individualized coaching, a private online accountability group and more that will transform your body and your health! Join us January 14th as we begin our 12th round of this life-changing program!

What Is Round 12’s Theme?

BREAKING THE CYCLE

Stop setting goals then giving up on them. In this round of LBD we will focus on how to break old habits of cyclical dieting and begin teaching you our top secrets on how to make this a transformation that will last a lifetime. Let’s be honest, we all know we should be eating healthy and working out, the hard part is figuring out how to stick to it and actually ENJOY it…that’s where we come in 🙂

Although we specialize in women’s weight loss we want to let you know that this program is extremely beneficial to ALL body types. Whether you are looking to put on muscle, tone up, or lose weight, this program is for you. Our programs are built to be flexible to any body shape, size, age, fitness level etc. No woman is too old, young, overweight, thin, in shape or out of shape…we welcome EVERYONE! 🙂

What’s New This Round?

We officially have our first ever ON DEMAND service directly on our website that will give you not just this rounds 12 videos, but also access to rounds 9, 10 and 11’s!! You will gain FULL access for 6 weeks once LBD begins!

Looking to get organized and have everything in one place?! We have your back! We will be including custom LBD trackers for measurements, goals, meal plan and workout calendar, and grocery store lists.

Taking our meal plan to the next level! We officially have our own LBD nationally registered dietitian on staff! She will be assisting in all nutrition education throughout our program and is super excited to be a part of LBD!

We are now giving you full access to not just round 12’s recipes but also round 9, 10 and 11 right through our LBD App!

In addition to all the normal things LBD includes, we will now give you the option to receive once a week coaching calls with your LBD coach, individual support with your meal plan, small group accountability check-ins, guidance on what workout routine and eating plan is best for YOUR body, assistance with injury prevention and modifications, and a customized approach to goal setting to ENSURE we break through all plateaus! This option is available to both online and in-studio clients.

In-Studio

This option provides you with live fitness classes at our private studio in Shelby Twp. along with our 12 workout videos and our complete fitness and nutrition program. You have the choice of 2x/week or unlimited classes for the six weeks. If you live in the area, we highly recommend this option. You will love the welcoming environment motivating energy with the studio.

Online

Don’t live in the area or find it hard to leave the house? Don’t worry we offer an online program that you can do right in the comfort of your own home. In addition to our complete fitness and nutrition program, you will also receive 12 online workout videos that are based on the classes provided at Ohana. These videos are hosted by our instructors and include A3, Tabata, Yoga, Flex n Flow, Barre, Total Body Transformation, HIIT and Kick n Tone.
