Did you recently find out you have a food allergy/sensitivity, or have discomfort after eating certain foods, and you’re not sure what to do or how to make changes in your diet? Join Nicole Mikulski for an allergen free eating workshop including information on the different allergens and recommendations for gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and nut free substitutions, as well as a sampling of some delicious allergen-free foods! Nicole has been eating gluten, dairy, and soy free for over 14 years, and believes no one should have to do without their favorite foods if they don’t have to. Get some great new ideas just in time to plan out your Thanksgiving meal!

After, stay for our annual pick & press! Both Ohana AND Chaos Collection will be doing our pick & press style where you get to pick any logo and any shirt from our stock and custom make your own shirt right then and there!! BEST way to start your holiday season!
