We’re SO excited to announce the Spring Reset Challenge – March Edition, where we’ll be guiding you through a full reset of your home, body, and habits!

Home Refresh
Start your spring cleaning with purpose! We’ll provide you with weekly decluttering challenges to create a space that’s calm, organized, and inviting. You’ll walk into a home that feels like a breath of fresh air.
Diet Clean-Up
It’s time to fuel your body with whole, nourishing foods! We’ll help you transition to cleaner eating habits and provide tips, recipes, and meal plans to get you feeling amazing from the inside out.
Daily Core Program
A strong core is the foundation of any fitness journey! We’ve designed a daily workout plan to strengthen and tone your core. No need for hours at the gym—just a few minutes a day, and you’ll start noticing results.

Lunges & Leprechauns

Sunday March 16th 12:30-3:30pm

Get ready for a fun-filled afternoon of fitness, festivities, and local shopping at our Lunges & Leprechauns event on March 16th! We’re celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a workout that will get you moving and a chance to shop local vendors (including our own Chaos Collection)!
 
Here’s the plan:
Workout: Kick off the event with an exciting workout led by our very own Erin Saba and Samantha Dawson. Get your sweat on in a fun, festive atmosphere — don’t forget to wear your green to match the St. Patty’s Day vibe! Green Mimosas will be served after you crush the workout, treat yourself to a refreshing green mimosa & light snacks (yes, we’re all about that after-workout celebration!).
Shop Local: Stick around to shop from a variety of local vendors showcasing some amazing goodies! Chaos Collection will be there too — so grab some fresh, stylish items while supporting local businesses!
 
This event is a perfect way to get into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit with friends, family, and your Ohana community. Let’s make it a celebration of fitness, fun, and giving back to our local makers!
