Happy Heart Hustle – Donation Based Workout Class

Join us for a 60-minute cardio workout celebrating women’s cardiovascular health for February’s heart health awareness month! The workout will feature short segments of various types cardio to get your heart pumping!
This is a free class with donations recommended. ALL FUNDS will go to the American Heart Association to fund programs.
*Refreshments and a small gift for each participant will be sponsored by Grace in Motion Physical Therapy.
Valentine’s Partner Yoga
February 13th 7:30pm-8:30pm
Traditionally, yoga is seen as an individual practice, but this class will bring your and your partner together through movement and breath.
This class is for all experience levels and is great for deepening intimacy by fostering connection, trust and communication.
Please wear comfortable workout clothing and bring water!
Price is $30 per couple
