HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training but don’t let the name fool you… it’s for all fitness levels (Yes even you)! This workout is the perfect blend of strength and endurance training. This quick but very effective class supersets 30 second strength intervals with 30 second cardio intervals for maximum fat burn!
This specific class focuses entirely on your lower body.

Learn how to weight train and develop muscle tone in this 45 minute strength class. This class will focus on a progressive series of exercises that focuses specifically on developing strength within your lower body! All levels of fitness welcome!

Tabata training is one of the most popular and effective forms of high-intensity cardio training (HIIT). For Tabata Core, this consists of eight rounds of core and cardio core based exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off sequence.
