Planks & Pacifiers

Planks & Pacifiers is a 30-minute strength workout for moms and minis (up to 18 months). This class combines baby-friendly moves with postpartum-safe strength training, perfect for mamas of all fitness levels. Stay after for a 30-minute social hangout to connect with other moms while the little ones play. Sweat, bond, and build strength—together!
